Bookkeeping is now in GBP (with effect from 1994). Subscription fee and cost are in ECU. Receipts and payments are also in ECU as well.
GC will prepare the summary of the Balance and Statement of Income File. Page 1 will give the opening and closing balance and the statement of income.
Participants will be informed that Executive Committee members have paid costs with money from their private accounts. This means that the negative figures indicate that these members still have to be reimbursed.
Which countries did not yet pay for 1995?
We have to try get help from all countries for the payment of administration costs.
RH will fill out the paper sheets for the planned 3 Executive Committee Meetings and the 1996 Annual Convention in Pisa (Italy).
Caring & Sharing: we obtain good feedback not only from members but also from outsiders.
RH has not yet received a lot of material. An idea might be the publication of the list of drugs (active substances) that could induce a flare of lupus.
