I have managed to post the 4th issue of our Newsletter right on time. I am very happy about this, as I was very busy with my regular job and I was afraid there would be a delay again.
In this issue you will again find some very good and interesting articles and I thank all the authors for their engagement for our Newsletter.
Next month we will meet in Lisbon for our Annual Convention. You will find in this Newsletter the program which our dear friend Rita has organized. I think we should thank Rita very much for the effort she has made in arranging this remarkable program.
I do hope that all of you had a wonderful time this summer and had not many problems with our "darling" the sun. I am looking forward to seeing you in Lisbon next month.
